After alot of tweaking and changing things it became apparent that the problem was the FLV player and not my exported work.
The best way to watch the project is in Cubase.
I used every single possible audio process , effect , panning and equalization
that I had at my disposal in order to achieve the best end product that
I could possibly achieve and I feel that I did so very well.
